Reyn comes from an extensive background of customer service working in the restaurant and retail industry for the last 20 years. Reyn specializes in serving the Genesis clientele for the entire Greater Vancouver region. Reyn is known to be a reliable and organized Service Advisor with many years of experience at scheduling service appointments. He is great at greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner, obtaining proper vehicle information and documenting customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on the repair order.
