After booking a service appointment, your Genesis Ownership Manager will be in touch to confirm the appointment date and time, as well as Valet Service details. We offer at-home valet service at a location of your choice and a courtesy vehicle to minimize any disruption. Complimentary for 5 years or 100,000 km, whichever occurs first, and available to guests within 50 km (driving distance) of the nearest authorized Genesis distributor.
